Search for Executives

The search for a professional and personal profile, which best fits in a management team, is our reason for being.

Based on appropriate analysis of the sector, company and people that make up the organisation, we define the functions, objectives and predominant culture to create the ideal profile.
From there, we start an intense scan of the market, identifying companies and people to approach as ambassadors for our client, and we move forward with those who prove interesting, the people who show interest in the project.
After a thorough analysis of their career and personal and professional skills, we decide on the executives that we present and we defend them to our client, always searching for, and as a maxim in our professional style, criteria provided by the client.

Search for Advisors

An appropriate selection of independent and nominee advisors is essential for the good governance of medium and large organisations.

Directive Assessment

This evaluation process is constantly developed by the partners at Jauregui&Gallastegui and directed to people with high responsibility in the organisation. It provides an objective and aseptic opinion that lets the client decide not only on suitability of the professional for the position they hold, but also to measure the potential resources provided by the executive, helping the organisation project an appropriate internal rotation, acting individually on the executives training needs, and even being able to effectively implement true promotion and succession systems.
